Tender Package

Business Registration - This includes the registration of your business. The business receives a unique ID which it can be identified with by all parties in the world. This is a document that allows a business to trade in South Africa legally. Businesses can be profit or non-profit companies.

BBBEE - We generate a certificate from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission that confirms that the company is a black owned company and the percentages applicable.

Tax Registration – This includes registration at the South African Revenue Services. All parties earning an income needs to pay tax and therefore you need to be registered with SARS (South African Revenue Services). We will also assist here with assigning a registered representative. This is basically just someone that will represent your company with all matters pertaining to SARS and the profile you have with them.

Tax Clearance – Any credible company or government institution will probably request a Tax Clearance Certificate. A Tax Clearance Certificate issued by SARS is the only proof they have that you don't have any outstanding debts payable to SARS. This means you do not owe anything with regard to your taxes and that you are compliant

Share Certificate – A share certificate is legal proof of ownership of a company

CSD Registration – The government has a website where all suppliers register to supply the government and all clients of the government. This is very handy for tender purposes. It basically supplies the government with information about your company. The CSD (Central Supplier Database) assists you to get listed according to your specialty.

CIDB - Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grade registrations which allows companies to Tender for construction work of high value and to obtain big government contracts.
